    Best Deals of the Week

    I’ve compiled best deals available at the drugstores, Target, Ralphs/Kroger, and other stores. I stick to deals that don’t require too many or any obscure coupons, and I try to pick practical items that most people buy at some point.

    Use this list to decide which stores to hit this week, based on what you need. You might even use it to decide you can skip shopping for a week, because you don’t need what’s on sale. Please note this post contains affiliate links that help support this site at no additional cost to you. Thank you for using them! You can read CFO’s full disclosure here.

    1. Cheap Soup at Target

    When I first started couponing, soup would often be $0.50 or less. But in the last few years, it’s been rare to see it for less than $0.75. So here’s a good deal at Target:

    BUY: 1 Progresso Soup @ $1.50
    USE: $1/1 Progresso Soup Can from 1/5 Smart Source
    Pay: $0.50

    There was also a $1/1 Coupons.com printable previously available that you might still have around.

    Ends 2/22.

    2. Cheap Juice at Target

    BUY: 2 Trop50 Juice @ $2.50 {price may vary by store; unadvertised sale}
    USE: B1G1 Trop50 printable {NLA?}
    Pay: $2.50
    Net Price: $1.25 each

    Ends 2/22.

    3. Cheap Powerade at CVS

    I think this is the lowest price I’ve ever seen on the smaller bottles of Powerade:

    BUY: 4 Powerade 8pk @ $4 each
    Pay: $16
    Receive: $5 ECB
    Net Price: $2.75/pack or $0.35/bottle

    Ends 2/22.

    4. Cheap Toilet Paper at CVS

    BUY: 3 Angel Soft Bath Tissue 12pk @ $5 each
    And BUY: 3 Angel Soft Bath Tissue 4pk {price unknown}

    Pay: $12
    Receive: $5 ECB
    Net Price: $7 for three 12-packs and three 4-packs, or $0.15/roll

    If you’re not an Angel Soft fan, check out this Quilted Northern deal instead. You can get a slightly better deal at Walgreens next week, but if you’re not a Walgreens shopper or need toilet paper immediately, you can get a good deal at CVS this week:

    BUY: 3 Quilted Northern Ultra Plush Bath Tissue 9pk @ $5 each
    USE: 3 x $1/1 Quilted Northern Ultra Plush printable or from 2/16 RP
    Pay: $12
