  • Menu Plan Monday: Week of 10/7/2013

    I’m feeling very overwhelmed by the busy-ness of life right now, but cooking-wise, I had a good week last week thanks to my menu plan! So here’s what’s on tap for this week:

    Monday – Moo shu pork

    Tuesday – Cauliflower Raisins and Anchovies Pasta

    Wednesday – Miso-Glazed Salmon, Rice, some kind of vegetable

    Thursday – Bean & Cheese Enchiladas, Salad

    Friday – Spatchcocked Chicken, some kind of vegetable, garlic bread

    Saturday – Dinner out

    Sunday – Breakfast Sausage Casserole
