I was going to talk about how excited I am that the weather has cooled down, because it means I can bake with abandon and not have to worry about overheating the house (or at least the kitchen). But the weather forecast for this week shows temperatures in the high 80′s, so unfortunately I will have to confine my baking to my toaster oven. I’ve also arranged my menu plan so I don’t have to use my big oven!
Monday – Sashimi, Tuna Avocado Salad, Rice, Sauteed enoki mushrooms
Tuesday – Dinner out
Wednesday – Dinner out
Thursday – LaBamba Casserole, Salad
Friday – Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce, some kind of veggie side
Saturday – Smoked Salmon and Cheese Mini Twice-Baked Potatoes, Spinach Dip Mini Bread Bowls, Crudite
Sunday – Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Steamed Broccoli
