Summer vacation has completely thrown me off my game as far as menu planning goes, but last week actually was better as far as me cooking, so I thought I’d get back on the menu-planning horse.
Since it’s summer, I always check the extended weather forecast to see if there’s a “good” time to grill and/or bake. The only place to put our barbeque is on the western side of our townhouse, so it’s extremely hot in the late afternoon/evening, when I would like to grill. However, it’s supposed to be in the low 90’s on Thursday and Friday, so I am thinking of grilling those days. But we’ll be out on Thursday, so I’ll plan to grill or bake on Friday.
Monday – Farfalle with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Tuesday – Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, rice, some kind of veggie
Wednesday – Breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit)
Thursday – Dinner out
Friday – Pizza, salad
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out
