We continue to be busy this summer, plus the kids’ sports schedules are still wreaking havoc on my meal planning. Here’s what I’m thinking for this week, although it never works out like I plan!
Monday – Dinner out
Tuesday – Dinner out
Wednesday – Cauliflower, Raisins & Anchovies with Pasta
Thursday – Sashimi, rice, vegetables
Friday – Waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit
Saturday – Sandwiches, or dinner out
Sunday – Bean & Cheese Enchiladas
