This weekend has been so jam-packed that it’s difficult to focus on the coming week when I’m still recovering from the last one! But, I know that my menu plan will save me a lot of stress and money so it’s definitely worth doing. I have to plan around a couple of “maybe” events, but any plan is better than none. So here’s what I’m thinking:
Monday – Beer-Battered Fish & Chips
Tuesday – Smoked Salmon Chirashi
Wednesday – Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce
Thursday – Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Ham & Broccoli Spiral Rolls
