  • Menu Plan Monday: Week of May 27, 2013

    This weekend has been so jam-packed that it’s difficult to focus on the coming week when I’m still recovering from the last one! But, I know that my menu plan will save me a lot of stress and money so it’s definitely worth doing. I have to plan around a couple of “maybe” events, but any plan is better than none. 🙂 So here’s what I’m thinking:

    Monday – Beer-Battered Fish & Chips

    Tuesday – Smoked Salmon Chirashi

    Wednesday – Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce

    Thursday – Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

    Friday – Crisp Kale Nests with Soft-Cooked Eggs

    Saturday – Dinner out

    Sunday – Ham & Broccoli Spiral Rolls

    1. You really don’t have to move past Monday. I could probably have Beer Battered Fish and Chips (along with a beer) about 5 times a week. I am at work and tied to a cubical right now but that picture you linked to made me seriously want to get up and get some.
