
We’ve had the most erratic weather here, which is making it difficult for me to decide what I want to make for dinner. I don’t want salads if it’s 65 degrees out, and I don’t want casseroles if it’s 85 degrees. And yes, we’ve had both temps in the same week lately! So here’s my tentative plan, but it is very much subject to change …
Monday – Crispy Fish with Lemon-Dill Sauce, Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday – Linguine with White Clam and Broccoli Sauce, Garlic Bread {I am finally going to get to this!}
Wednesday – Bean & Cheese Enchiladas, Salad
Thursday – Sashimi, Rice, Veggies
Friday – Chicken Pasta Salad {didn’t get to this last week either}
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Dinner out
