
It’s supposed to warm up this week, so I’m going to have to plan my baking more carefully, and/or use my toaster oven more. But I just realized that I can use the grill now, especially since it’s light until later! So here’s what I’m thinking:
Monday – Grilled Pizza
Tuesday – Farfalle with Zucchini and Prosciutto
Wednesday – Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches
Thursday – Ham and Broccoli Spirals
Friday – Corned Beef with Cabbage (we’ll be out on St. Patrick’s Day, so we’ll have our corned beef earlier)
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Dinner out
