    The weather is supposed to start warming up, so I am hoping to make more salads this week … but if the weather turns cold, I will definitely be changing up this menu:

    Monday – Seven-Layer Tortilla Pie, Salad

    Tuesday – Bacon-Wrapped Tofu, Rice, some kind of vegetable

    Wednesday – Meatball Heroes, Sweet Potato Fries

    Thursday – Dinner out

    Friday – Linguine with White Clam and Broccoli Sauce

    Saturday – Chicken Pasta Salad

    Sunday – Dinner out

      A tasty line-up of meals you have this week. I think I’ll add Meatball Heroes to next month’s menu, the kids will love those when they have to fend for themselves on date night.
