
I keep meaning to bake more, but life gets in the way and I don’t get around to it. I think that maybe if I add baking to my menu plan, it’ll be more likely to get done. We’ll see!
Monday – Greek Quinoa Salad (didn’t get to it last week), Banana Cake with Chocolate Chips (probably in muffin form for portability)
Tuesday – Roast Beef Hash, Creamed Spinach, Fried Eggs
Wednesday – Tuna Noodle Casserole, Apple Brownies (will substitute cranberries for the walnuts), Steamed Broccoli
Thursday – Potato Galette with Smoked Salmon, Salad
Friday – Sashimi, Rice, some kind of vegetable, Frosted Pumpkin Cake
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out
