My pantry and freezer are quite full, so I’m making a conscious effort to use up what we have, while still trying new recipes, eating healthy, and satisfying everyone in the family. Here’s what I’ve got planned for this week:
Monday – Sashimi, rice, boiled lotus root
Tuesday – Ham & Gruyere Gratin (using leftover frozen ham), some kind of green vegetable
Wednesday – La Bamba Casserole (x2 so I can freeze one), salad, tortilla chips
Thursday – Linguine with White Clam and Broccoli Sauce, bread or biscuits, fruit
Friday – Alton Brown’s Sardine Avocado Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Fries {and grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids, probably!}
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out
