  • Menu Plan Monday: Week of December 10, 2012

I’m not sure I understand why, but I find that even when I don’t follow my menu plan, I am much more likely to cook dinner when I make a plan for the week than when I don’t. So although I’m not entirely sure if things will go anywhere near as planned, I’m still making a plan!

Monday – Cajun Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli, Roasted Asparagus

Tuesday – Sweet Potato Latkes, Chicken Apple Sausage

Wednesday – Miso Chicken, Rice, some kind of vegetable (didn’t get to this last week)

Thursday – Ground Beef Hash, some kind of veggie

Friday – Clam Chowder, Bread, some kind of fruit

Saturday – Brussels Sprout-Lemon Pizza, Tart Tatin

    Sunday – Dinner out
