  • Swagbucks Updates: Reduced Gift Card Prices, Expedited Shipping & More

I keep saying it, but it’s true: Swagbucks is my favorite way to earn free money online. All you have to do is use Swagbucks as your search engine and you’ll earn Swag Bucks that you can redeem for awesome rewards. The best value prize, in my opinion, is the $5 Amazon.com gift code – it’s just 450 Swag Bucks, and you can redeem your Swag Bucks for up to five of them every month.

There’s a lot going on at Swagbucks right now, and one of the most exciting things is the way you can stretch your Swag Bucks further in the Swag Store. Now through the end of the year, all gift card prices have been changed so that 100 Swag Bucks = $1 (except for the $5 Amazon card, which is still 450 Swag Bucks!). This means you can get a $5 gift card for 500 Swag Bucks, a $10 gift card for 1,000 Swag Bucks, and so on. This is a huge discount that will help many Swaggernauts stretch their dollars during the holiday season.

Monthly redemption limits are gone, so you can redeem as many of the same gift cards as you would like all month long (except for the $5 Amazon card). I see reports of many Swaggernauts stocking up on Walmart gift cards for Black Friday. The daily limit remains at 2 gift cards per day, which means you can get up to 60 gift cards this month! To learn more, check out this video on SBTV.

Personally, I’m stocking up on Amazon gift cards, although I will likely throw in a Starbucks gift card too. I am really excited about this change, because it’s already helping me get more Amazon credit!

To go hand in hand with the reduced gift card prices, Swagbucks has also brought back expedited shipping on Amazon gift cards. So for an extra 50 Swag Bucks, you can get your code delivered to the “My Gift Cards” section in your account the very next day. This could be super helpful if you are planning on purchasing any Lightning or Black Friday deals (did you know they’ve already started?).

Want more Swag Bucks? The “regular” Daily Goal Meter is back, which is a great way to earn extra Swag Bucks. The meter can be found on the right side of the Swagbucks homepage, and each day, Swagbucks will give you a new goal to hit any way you can. Once you hit the goal you earn a bonus! They also give out bonuses for hitting consecutive days within a month – all bonuses are cumulative and get applied at the beginning of the following month. The max bonus is usually in the 500 Swag Bucks range, which equals a FREE $5 Amazon gift card! Learn more by watching this SBTV video.
