
Life is extremely busy right now, but the weather has cooled down again, so I can happily turn on the oven to do some baking. I also want to get some cookie into the freezer this week.
Here’s what we’ll be having for dinner:
Monday – Broiled Cod with Miso Sauce, Rice, some kind of vegetable
Tuesday – Pasta with Bolognese Sauce, steamed broccoli, butterhorns
Wednesday – Caesar Salad with anchovies and garlic bread
Thursday – Mexican Lasagna, Avocado Salsa
Friday – Cream of Tuna with Rice
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Roast Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Flatbread, some kind of veggie
