
I’m loving the cooler weather, which is putting in more of a cooking and baking mood than I’ve been in for a few months. I’m even looking forward to baking a batch of sugar pumpkins and making my own pumpkin puree to freeze for baking! In the meantime, here’s what’s on tap for dinner this week:
Monday – Roast Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Flatbread, Roasted Butternut Squash
Tuesday – Dinner out
Wednesday – Sandwiches, Fruit Salad
Thursday – Sardine Cauliflower Pasta
Friday – Breakfast (Waffles, Eggs, Bacon, Fruit)
Saturday – Meatloaf, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Beans
Sunday – Dinner out
