  • Swagbucks Update: Code Extravaganza tomorrow + how I earned 1,000+ Swag Bucks in one day

As I’ve mentioned many times, Swagbucks is by far my favorite way to earn free money online. The best value prize, in my opinion, is the $5 gift code – it’s just 450 Swag Bucks, and you can redeem your Swag Bucks for up to five of them every month.

I recently shared how I regularly earn 200+ Swag Bucks each day, but since then, I’ve been earning a lot more. Check out the screen cap below:

    Swagbucks Daily Earnings

That’s from last week, and shows that I earned 1,046 Swag Bucks in just one day. That’s not typical, but I’ve definitely been earning more lately. My latest discovery is Surveys, which you can find on the Special Offers page, Trusted Surveys, and the Daily Survey on the homepage. However, I have to warn that surveys are very hit and miss when it comes to availability, qualifying, and occasionally even crediting. I definitely recommend approaching surveys with cautious optimism, and avoiding them if time management is an issue. But if you are a member of survey sites, you might find that Swagbucks is a better use of your survey taking time since you may be able to accumulate lots of Swag Bucks quickly, which you can redeem for a wide variety of gift cards and other prizes.

A few other bits of Swagbucks news:

There will be a Swag Code Extravaganza, or Treasure Hunt, tomorrow (September 19), to celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day. The fun starts at 4 a.m. PDT, and there will be 7 codes released throughout the day within the Swagosphere.

They’ve tweaked SBTV so that the SBTV meter goes up once per day per video. In other words, you only get rewarded for watching a video once per day. The move appears designed to encourage Swaggernauts to explore new videos, which I can understand.

Finally, Swagbucks has a new Shop & Earn portal, and they’re offering TRIPLE Swag Bucks for purchases at for a limited time. That means you get 6 Swag Bucks per dollar spent, instead of the usual $2.

    Happy Swagging!

    1. Over a thousand!! Can you break it down for us? I found your blog while looking for swagbucks tricks, and have been able to get near two hundred some days. Thanks! A thousand seems impossible to me!

It was mostly just a good survey day, but you can regularly get to 200 without surveys if you do the steps in my previous post 🙂

        • Surveys!! I’m up to 247 already today! This might be the fastest amazon card yet, after yesterday’s 178! LOL. Thanks a bunch for the tips. I was lucky to average one $5 Amazon card in a month before I found your blog. 🙂
