
My monthly menu plan has me grilling the first two days of this week, but it’s so darn hot that there’s no way I’m going to stand over a hot grill. So here’s what I’m thinking for this week instead:
Monday – Sardine Cauliflower Pasta {didn’t get to this last week}
Tuesday – Roast chicken, flatbread, garlic sauce, salad {didn’t get to this last week}
Wednesday – Vegetable Tempura
Thursday – Freezer Friendly Pizza Pockets, Salad
Friday – Southwest Salmon Caesar
Saturday – {not sure of our plans yet}
Sunday – Dinner out
