It’s not unusual for me to not want to do my weekly menu plan, especially when it’s hot, as the heat tends to make me not want to cook. But, that’s exactly why I need my menu plan – because it puts me on autopilot, and I just make dinner instead of thinking about not wanting to make it. Does that make sense?
In any event, here’s what we’ll (probably) be having this week:
Monday – Grilled Pizza using Artisan Bread dough, Salad
Tuesday – Clams in White Wine Sauce, Artisan Bread, Fruit
Wednesday – Roasted Cauliflower and Sardine Pasta
Thursday – Sloppy Joes on Brioche Buns, some kind of veggie
Friday – Vegetable Tempura
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Dinner out
