I’m feeling really scattered, disorganized, and overwhelmed, so making a menu plan isn’t exactly high on my list of things I want to do. But of course, that’s exactly why it’s good for me to make one right now. A menu plan means one less thing to think about each day, and I’ve planned it so that it’s fairly simple, quick, and familiar so I can easily get dinner on the table this week.
Monday – Takikomi gohan (rice cooked with vegetables), fish, some kind of vegetable
Tuesday – Cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries
Wednesday – Sardine Cauliflower Pasta, some kind of veggie
Thursday – Slow Cooker Shredded Beef, some kind of veggie
Friday – Sandwiches, Macaroni Salad, Fruit
Saturday – Ground Beef Hash, some kind of veggie
Sunday – Dinner out
