
I’m not so sure about this monthly menu plan – while it’s nice to have it done, I have a harder time following it. Still, I can see the benefits of doing it all at once, especially when I don’t feel like planning any kind of menu at all. Like this week. So it’s kind of nice to have a plan in place, even if I end up not following it:
Monday – Seafood Lasagna, some kind of vegetable
Tuesday – Grilled Pizza, Salad
Wednesday – Meatloaf, Sauteed Zucchini
Thursday – Sardine Cauliflower Pasta, some kind of veggie
Friday – Gazpacho Sevillana, Artisan Bread
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Dinner out

Mmmm grilled pizza sounds so good! Do y’all grill it directly on the grate or do you use a pizza stone? It’s something I’ve always wanted to try but we haven’t – yet!
I grill right on the grate, but I have a metal pizza pan I am going to try next time to see if the dough burns less. It really has a fabulous flavor – I highly recommend giving it a try!
