  • Morning Coffee: Snapfish warning (delayed shipments; no customer service)

It appears that Snapfish is overwhelmed with orders and not getting them out in a timely fashion. I ordered a simple set of 4×6 prints last week, and didn’t see any warnings about delays anywhere on the site. But I got an email this morning telling me that my order would be delayed for two weeks, and there was no additional information – nothing about how to expedite the order if you need it right away, or how to cancel your order. In my case, I’d intended to include the prints in Hanukkah gifts for my husband’s family, and I need to have the gifts ready by Sunday. I tried calling but the call was dropped during the routing process, and their online chat service simply didn’t work. I’ve always been pretty happy with Snapfish, and I do like the quality of their products. But I would recommend disregarding the holiday shipping information on their web site at this time.

Coupons.com has some great new coupons, including $1/1 Eucerin Target coupon, $1/1 Nivea Target coupon, $0.40/1 Treasure Cave cheese, and $1/2 Post Pebbles Treats. Use the Eucerin coupon to get a travel size tube of lotion for free at Target. There’s also a coupon for $1.50/1 Maalox Advanced – print 2 to use with this week’s Buy One Get One Free sale at Walgreens to get two bottles for $0.50 each. The Land O Lakes butter coupon is also reportedly available again.

Amazon’s Holiday Lightning Deals continue today. As always, I recommend scrolling through them because there’s a random assortment of good deals, including a Singer Sewing Machine at 8 a.m. PST, U2‘s Joshua Tree at noon, and Rachael Ray cookware and knives throughout the day.

Daily deal site Mamapedia is offering a $22 voucher for reusable, food-safe bags for just $11 (shipping starts at $5).

A Full Cup user CrazyCouponHead reports that the red scanner at CVS is printing a $5 off Centrum ProNutrients CVS coupon every day, so you can repeat the gift card scenario if you have enough coupons.

Get a printable coupon for $2/1 Tide 6X Laundry Detergent via Free Coupon Alerts.

Get a printable coupon for $1/1 Splenda Sugar Blend or Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, also via Free Coupon Alerts.

Get a free Kindle download of Gooseberry Patch’s Christmas with Family & Friends Cookbook: Favorite recipes, homemade memories and little touches that make the holidays warm & cozy.

Amazon’s free Android app of the day is Butter Lion Memo ($0.99 value), a memo-creating app that gets 3.5 out of 5 stars in 32 reviews.

Freebies 4 Mom explains how you can get a Redbox discount today and for the next 11 days.

    1. UG Re: Snapfish! I placed an order before Thanksgiving and JUST got my card today. Their phone customer service was out of India and was TERRIBLE!!!! It took 3 phone calls and 3 days of waiting before getting an answer. NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE THINGS SNAPFISH!!!! Unfortunately, they are the best quality cards I received, hands down. I also ordered from Kodak and See Here. Though the cards are great, I’m not sure that it was worth the headache! Good luck with yours!

Oh wow. That’s pretty bad. They’ve really ruined their reputation this year. I’m glad you got your card, though! I’ve decided that I will only order from them in the future if it’s some unbelievably good deal (without time pressure), like a free photo book offer. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my business to a company that’s a lot more trustworthy.
