If you’re new to The Drugstore Game, these new starter transactions will help you get your feet wet and show you how The Drugstore Game can save you money on things you already buy. In these transactions, I assume that you do not have any Register Rewards to start with.

Pay: $1.19 + tax
Receive: $1 RR
At this point, you’ll have paid $4.17 + tax for 2 tubes of toothpaste, a hair clip, and a box of gelatin, and still have a $1 RR to roll next week or spend this week. That works out to a net cost of $3.17 + tax for all of these items, which you would easily pay for just one tube of toothpaste at other stores.
