  • Morning Coffee: Happy Cyber Monday 2011!

My impression is that this year’s Cyber Monday is a bigger event than it has been in years past – probably because of the economy and retailers vying for our holiday gift dollars. There are a ton of deals again today. Once again, I recommend scrolling through Amazon’s Cyber Monday Lightning Deals because there really is something for everyone – lots of electronics (computers, TVs), movies and other DVDs (like Taylor Swift’s concert), music, jewelry, home goods, and more. There’s an Xbox 360 250GB with $100 credit at 9 a.m. PST – it’ll go fast, so you’ll want to be ready when it goes live if you’re interested.

Amazon’s Gold Box deal of the day is a KitchenAid 6-quart mixer for just $259.99 ($459.99 value, down from Amazon’s regular price of $359.99). If you submit this $50 mail-in rebate and request the $20 magazine refund, you can bring your price down to just $189.99! That’s such a phenomenal deal, I’m wishing I could justify getting this to replace my 4.5-quart mixer which is often just too small.

Amazon has the Silver Poppy Seed Pendant Necklace pictured at right for just $8 ($16 value).

There are some new coupons at Coupons.com, including $5/1 Conair towel warmer, $5/1 Conair hot rollers, $0.55/1 Dietz & Watson deli item, and $1/1 All. There’s also reportedly a coupon for $0.75/1 Land O Lakes butter. Plus, you can stack the coupon for $1/1 Spongebob or Dora Wrapping Paper with the $1/1 Spongebob or Dora Wrapping Paper printable Target Web coupon to get rolls for just $1 at Target.

Daily deal site Eversave is offering a $20 voucher to Overstock.com for just $10. New Eversave members get a $3 sign up credit, although you can’t use the credit on this particular deal. (You can apply the deal toward my favorite current deal, the $50 David’s Cookies voucher – and get an additional $3 off when you use code CYBER. Click on the Cyber Monday “Start Shopping” link to see all of the deals you can use the promo code on.)

Daily deal site Living Social is offering a $20 Skype credit for just $10.

Also at Living Social, you can get a $30 Snapfish credit for just $15.

If you’ve been thinking of buying a Nook, this is a great time – Barnes & Noble has a NOOK® Cyber Monday Deal – Buy Any NOOK, Get $25 BN Gift Card. Today, Online only!.

Tiny Prints is offering free shipping on all orders, making this a great time to use any Tiny Prints vouchers you may have picked up in the last few months (I had one from Rue La La, and Zulily offered some recently as well). Go through Mr. Rebates to get 2% cash back.

Amazon’s free Android app of the day is Dabble HD – The Fast Thinking Word Game, Tablet Edition ($1.99 value), which gets 4.5 out of 5 stars in 75 reviews.

Today only (11/28), get free shipping at the Disney Store with code CYBER. The code will also give you scaled discounts depending on how much you spend.
