Wednesday – Chili con carne
Thursday – I’m not hosting, but I’m contributing the Streuseled Sweet Potato Casserole (I’ve been making this every year since the recipe was published in 2002), roasted brussels sprouts, noodle kugel (I generally follow the recipe in The Moosewood Cookbook), and (I saw Giada de Laurentiis making this last week and it seems like a great veggie side)
