My favorite part about Thanksgiving is the food (and getting together with relatives I don’t see very often, but that’s not happening this year, so I can really focus on the food enjoy my loved ones’ company). I am fond of leftovers, and so here’s my plan for this week:

Monday – Mushroom Risotto with Shrimp, Roasted Butternut Squash

Tuesday – Sandwiches, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

    Wednesday – Chili con carne

Thursday – I’m not hosting, but I’m contributing the Streuseled Sweet Potato Casserole (I’ve been making this every year since the recipe was published in 2002), roasted brussels sprouts, noodle kugel (I generally follow the recipe in The Moosewood Cookbook), and (I saw Giada de Laurentiis making this last week and it seems like a great veggie side)

    Friday – Leftovers!

    Saturday – Leftovers!

    Sunday – Dinner out
