    This is a time of year when I find myself unable to resist stock up deals on things like butter and flour. I go through a lot of baking ingredients, and I’d actually had to pay $2.99 for a pound of butter twice while waiting for a deal to come along. This past week, I took advantage of the Mega Sale at Ralphs to get 10 pounds of butter for $1.99 each! Baking doesn’t usually help me get dinner on the table, though – those goodies are primarily for breakfast and snacks. Here’s what I’m thinking for dinners this week:

    Monday – Pizza (grilled, if the weather is good – it’s been rainy), using Artisan Bread Dough, salad

    Tuesday – Tuna Noodle Casserole, Sauteed Green Beans

    Wednesday – Pumpkin risotto with scallops

    Thursday – Dinner out

    Friday – Breakfast (pumpkin pancakes, bacon, eggs, fruit)

    Saturday – ? {not sure what our plans are this day}

    Sunday – Dinner out
