I can’t believe tomorrow is November 1, and that there are only two months left in 2011! The weather really has cooled down enough that I can use the oven pretty much every day if I want to, which is nice. Here’s what I’m thinking we’ll have this week:
Monday – Dinner out
Tuesday – Tuna Pasta Salad
Wednesday – Butternut Squash Risotto with Scallops
Thursday – Beef Tacos
Friday – Soup & Sandwich
Saturday – {not sure, but possibly a frozen pizza}
Sunday – Dinner out
