
I am so happy that the weather this week is supposed to be much cooler than it has been. I bought four sugar pumpkins at Trader Joe’s yesterday ($1.99 each!) and plan to puree them for the freezer so that we can have assorted pumpkin goodies in the next month or so – pancakes, muffins, and so on. Maybe I’ll even get ambitious enough to make pumpkin ravioli!
Monday – BBQ meatball sliders, roasted butternut squash
Tuesday – Iceberg Lettuce Slices with Blue Cheese Dressing, Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Bacon, and Brioche Croutons (from Ad Hoc), Sandwiches
Wednesday – Bolognese
Thursday – Ground Beef Hash, sauteed brussels sprouts
Friday – Breakfast (pumpkin waffles, eggs, sausage)
Saturday – ?
Sunday – Dinner out
