
I am really excited about the cooler weather we’re getting, after it hit 100 degrees again last week. I am realizing just how much I enjoy using my oven, LOL! Here’s what’s on tap this week:
Monday – Stuffed Acorn Squash (using leftover pork and rice)
Tuesday – Roasted Cauliflower & Sardine Pasta
Wednesday – Dinner out
Thursday – Sandwiches
Friday – Chili con carne (didn’t get to it last week)
Saturday – Calamari, Roasted Butternut Squash
Sunday – Dinner out

Great menu plan, totally intrigued by the sardine pasta, wonder if my kiddos would eat it?
My oldest who’s 6 loves this, my younger one who’s 4 doesn’t like it (yet!). Give it a try – you never know
