
I hardly cooked last week, and I’m having some trouble wrapping my brain around a “normal” cooking week. Although tonight we’re going out, lol. I still have quite a bit of pantry items to use up, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to make the farmers market every week now that there’s school and soccer. We’ll see if I can work that into our schedule. In the meantime, here’s what’s on tap this week:
Monday – Dinner out
Tuesday – Sandwiches, Potato Salad
Wednesday – Roast Chicken with Garlic Sauce and flat bread, Sauteed Green Beans (didn’t get to this last week)
Thursday – Pasta with Sardines & Sauteed Cabbage
Friday – Breakfast (rice, spam and eggs – that’s right, I said spam! I can’t help it – my Hawaii genes crave it sometimes)
Saturday – Not sure what our plans are yet . . .
Sunday – Dinner out
