Last week’s menu fell totally by the wayside after I got sick, and then the boys got sick. So I’m going to move most of what we were going to eat last week to this week. I’m not sure what we’re doing Saturday so I’m leaving that open again.
Monday – Pizza, salad
Tuesday – Bolognese, salad, steamed broccoli
Wednesday – Pulled Pork Sandwiches (maybe using this sauce), sweet potato fries, roasted cauliflower
Thursday – Tuna pasta salad
Friday – Breakfast (waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit)
Saturday – ?
Sunday – Dinner out
