  • What is Pampers Gifts to Grow?

PampersAlicia asked me to explain the Pampers Gifts to Grow program, and I realized it’s been a while since I said anything more about it other than sharing codes for free points. So here’s an overdue primer on Pampers Gifts to Grow.

Pampers Gifts to Grow is a rewards program designed to encourage loyalty to Pampers products – though frankly, when I was constantly buying diapers and wipes, I went with whatever was cheapest amongst the brands that I liked at that particular stage. (Except diapers – it’s worth an extra dollar or two per pack to avoid blowouts!) Codes for points can be found on selected Pampers products – here’s a chart that shows how many points each Pampers product is worth.

The really nice thing about Pampers Gifts to Grow is that you don’t need to buy Pampers products to participate. There are lots of blogs (like Chief Family Officer) that will tell you when there are free codes. In fact, for the past couple of years, I entered only a few codes from purchases and otherwise entered only free codes, and still earned enough for a $10 Starbucks gift card each year.

The rewards are varied and vary in redemption value. You can enter sweepstakes for 10 points, or save up 5,200 points for a Little Tykes car. Prizes in between include potty seats (1,000 points), magazine subscriptions (1,250 points), and Melissa & Doug toys (1,000-1,800). The last $10 Starbucks gift card that I got in April of this year was 1,100 points. The rewards change as prizes go out of stock. Sometimes they come back, like the Starbucks gift card that isn’t available right now, and wasn’t available for quite some time prior to April. I hope they bring it back around the time I’ve built my points back up to 1,100! Unlike when the program first started, there are no shipping costs for the prizes.

Gifts to Grow is a totally free program, and as far as I know, the points never expire. So I highly recommend it – it takes less than a minute to enter a code, and after a while, you’ll have enough points to redeem for a totally free prize.
