Note: This summary of deals is based on the ad I get in Los Angeles, where Ralphs stores double coupons up to $1 (one like coupon per transaction). I don’t list all of the deals, only the good ones. If I missed any, please let us all know in the comments. You’ll need a Ralphs Rewards card to get most of these deals, so I use the Rewards card price in this post and assume you have your card scanned with each transaction. In addition to the coupons listed, you can also add electronic coupons to your Ralphs Rewards card at these sites: Shortcuts.com, Cellfire.com, Softcoin and Upromise. Electronic coupons are not supposed to stack at Ralphs. I don’t print every coupon, so please verify amounts and quantities listed. If you give Ralphs your email address, they may also send you emails with e-coupons that are exclusive to your card. If you give them your snail mail address, they may send coupon mailers to you. And if you bring reuseable bags, Ralphs will give you 5 Rewards points for each bag used (though you may need to remind the cashier).

At least some stores in LA County are still doubling multiple like coupons. But until this seems to be the official policy, I’m going to assume that only one like coupon will double per transaction.

The $5 off 5 Mega Sale continues this week, so you get $5 off when you buy 5 participating products. The included items should be the same as last week but prices fluctuate a bit between weeks. (Huggies wipes aren’t in the ad but are worth checking.) Prices listed are after Mega Sale discount:

When I went shopping yesterday I was told that they were only doubling 1 like coupon again. I was pretty bummed since I was hoping that it would be a permanate thing. The cashier (who is my favorite one there) said they got a memo from headquarters so I don't know if that means all of S. CA will be going back or not.
(Simi Valley is where I shop)

    2. Hi….there are 2 programs I have questions about…recycle bank….can u please explain it? Maybe do a post on it? Also pampers gifts to grow

    3. Chief Family Officer says:

@Anon – Oh no! I love the multiple doubles and not having to do multiple transactions. I hope it's not every single store!

@Alicia – I'd be happy to write up posts about both programs. Stay tuned!

I had a similar experience at my Ralphs today, but with additional problems.

I was told no multiple doubles and when I asked if that was a new thing, she said no, it's always been like that only some cashiers don't know about it. (?) She then manually prevented any of my coupons from doubling even though I had three DIFFERENT types of coupons for the Goldfish cracker deal. When I asked why the others weren't doubling she said the coupons were all for the same type of item (goldfish crackers) and only one would double. (I had a .75/1, .35/1 and a .55/2) I also had one coupon for cereal that didn't double. So even though I had many different types of coupons only one coupon total was doubled during the entire transaction. I was very nice, and I would rather stay on good terms than argue about it, but I would like to know if anyone else has run into something like this. Shouldn't one EACH of my three coupons have doubled since they were not multiple like coupons? I tried to look up Ralphs coupon policy when I got home but could not find it on their site.

    5. @Anon, I think you are right about the "multiple like coupons" because your coupons were different. Bummer 🙁
OK, on a positive note, when I shopped today, there were numerous Goldfish Grahams bags with peelies on them for $.75/1. Goldfish are on sale for $1, and all of the coupons doubled so I got free Goldfish. Definitely worth looking for at your store! 🙂

    6. Chief Family Officer says:

@Anon – Unfortunately, I think you ran into a bad, crabby, anti-coupon cashier. Ralphs doesn't have their coupon policy online, but they will send it to you if you contact their customer service department. I do believe that official policy will say "one like coupon doubled per transaction" but you will probably need to tell them what happened and ask them to specifically clarify what constitutes a "like" coupon. I personally would avoid that same cashier if I could!

@Tina – You've made me excited about Goldfish peelies. Thanks for the heads up!

I ran into the same problem at ralphs here in riverside, ca a few weeks ago. A manager rang me up & she told me they would not be doubling multiple like coupons. She then manually prevented the coupons from doubling. But fortunately, I've been to ralphs several times since & it hasn't happened again. But I do make it's point to avoid that particular cashier. Everyone is different there is another manager at the same store that never questions any of my coupons….

    8. I have tried Ralph's twice now and now coupons have doubled, I am in Huntington Beach, do some stores have a different policy?

    9. no coupons doubled I mean (sorry)

    10. Anonymous says:

At the Mira Mesa store in San Diego, there is a middle-aged cashier with wavy shoulder length blond hair who hates me and my coupons. She always says with icy politeness, "You have to follow the rules like everyone else," and then proceeds to find fault with my coupons and not accept them if she can. She followed me last time over to the different register where I went and took over my transaction! She has made me afraid to shop at that store, and no other Ralphs stores are in my area. I'm even afraid to put my name on this post. If you shop there, avoid her and try not to attract her attention, or she will harass you too.

My Ralphs here in San Marcos doubles all my coupons. Move Here!!And just so you know the Tide on sale for 4.99, if you buy 2, falls under the Tide coupon in the last sunday paper for $3.00 off!!! So they were $1.99!! (Just the liquid)You have to buy 2 and have 2 coupons

    12. Chief Family Officer says:

@ Me – All stores should have the same policy. I would contact Ralphs customer service via their website or toll-free number and ask for a copy of the coupon policy (it's not available online). You may also want to tell them which locations you went to and the problems you had.

@Anon #4 – It's one thing not to make waves, but in this case, I don't think you'd have much to lose if the manager seems nice and explaining how the cashier makes you feel. Alternatively, you could get her name and contact Ralphs through their website or toll-free number. You shouldn't feel like you need to avoid a whole store because of one cashier!

@Anon #5 – That's an awesome deal, thanks so much for letting us know!

Do you happen to know where you can get the next weeks ad in advance? Mine doesn't come till Tuesday, the day before the sale starts 🙁

    14. Chief Family Officer says:

      @Anon #6 – I wish! I get mine on Tuesdays too.
