
I’m going to keep it simple again this week, as I feel really overwhelmed by all that needs to get done.
Monday – Sardine & Roasted Cauliflower Pasta (didn’t get to it last week)
Tuesday – Beef Tacos & Salad
Wednesday – Pizza (using artisan bread dough) & Salad
Thursday – Pan Bagnat & Sauteed Green Beans (didn’t get to this last week either)
Friday – Breakfast: waffles, eggs, bacon, sauteed cabbage (caramelized like onions)
Saturday – BLTs, sweet potato fries
Sunday – I’m cooking for Father’s Day and am still working on my menu, but I’m thinking some kind of beef in the slow cooker (maybe Beef Bourguigonne with egg noodles), steamed broccoli for the carb-conscious family members, tossed salad, Artisan Bread, noodle kugel, Ina Garten’s Mocha Icebox Cake, and fresh fruit
