
This might be our last week of cool weather here in SoCal (although maybe next month will be like last year and we’ll have a month of “June gloom”). So I’m going to take full advantage of the weather with my menu:
Monday – Tuna Noodle Casserole, Salad
Tuesday – Ham and bean soup (using the leftover bone + meat from a Honeybaked ham), biscuits
Wednesday – Mexican pie (beans and cheese layered between tortillas), Salad
Thursday – Roasted chicken (never got to it last week), garlic sauce, flat bread, some kind of veggie
Friday – Dinner out
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out
