You’ll find a list of this week’s Rite Aid deals here.

If you’re new to The Drugstore Game, these new starter transactions will help you get your feet wet and show you how The Drugstore Game can save you money on things you already buy. If you don’t understand the transactions, read my Drugstore Game Primer, Common Sense with Money’s FAQ (which has a handy explanation of acronyms), and my explanation of How to Play The Drugstore Game at Rite Aid.

Be sure to sign up for a Wellness+ card – you’ll need it for the following deals (get it in store instead of online so they give you the card right away). You’ll also need to register for Rite Aid Video Values to get some of the coupons listed below.

    Transaction #1:
    Buy 1 Veet depilatory @ $5.99
    And 1 EOS shave cream @ $2.99

Use $3/1 Veet Hair Removal Product printable
And use $3/1 Veet Product in-ad coupon

    Pay: $2.98 + tax
Receive: $1 +UP for Veet and $2 +UP for EOS
*Note that the Veet coupon may beep as your coupons total 1 cent more than the price; the coupon should then be adjusted down to $2.99 per store policy (pdf).

    Transaction #2:
    Buy 2 Thermacare Patches (2-3 ct.) @ $6.99 each

    Use 2 x $3/1 ThermaCare HeatWrap printable
And use $1/1 Thermacare RA printable
And use $1 and $2 +UP from previous transaction

    Pay: $3.98 + tax
    Receive: $4 +UP for Thermacare

You can use the $4 +UP reward to roll next week, or use it right away to buy things you need like milk. Or, if all you want is the EOS shave cream, buy one and keep rolling the $2 +UP reward until you hit the limit of 4 – you’ll end up paying a total of $5.96 + tax out of pocket, with a $2 +UP reward to spend after you buy the fourth one.
