    Speaking of Walmart, Deal Seeking Mom has details on their new coupon policy. I’ve seen other bloggers interpreting the new policy as permitting the use of Walgreens Register Rewards at Walmart, but I suspect that it will be a battle to get the cashiers to accept the RRs and eventually Walmart will go the same route as Safeway stores and exclude straight money off coupons like RRs, accepting only Catalinas that are for money off the purchase of a specific product.
