
I am hoping to get a lot done around the house this week, so I’m planning a week of easy meals:
Monday – Shredded Barbeque Beef (just combine a roast and some BBQ sauce in the slow cooker), sauteed green beans, cream biscuits
Tuesday – Pizza (using artisan bread dough), Salad
Wednesday – Roast chicken with pita bread and white bean spread, steamed broccoli
Thursday – Tuna Pasta Salad (which I didn’t get to last week)
Friday – Chicken Cobb Salad
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Dinner out






Just a quick note to say thanks for sharing your menu plans. It is nice to see what other people are doing, get ideas and inspiration.
I always feel so overwhelmed trying to menu plan for the week, but when I see your list, it seems more do-able. Thanks!
