    I’ve found Musselman’s to be a very reliable and tasty brand, so I was happy to accept when they offered to send me some products and recipes to try this holiday season. Their apple cider is hands down the best pasteurized bottled apple cider I’ve ever had – since I’ve had fresh apple cider, I’ve always found bottled apple cider to be disappointing. But this wasn’t, and their Hot Mulled Cider recipe makes it extra special. My favorite recipe was the Apple Butter Cheesecake, though I used vanilla wafers instead of ginger snaps since that’s what I had. I’d never had apple butter before, and didn’t realize it was so thick and rich.
