  • Midmorning Coffee: Cyber Monday deals start today

So Black Friday started a week ago even though it was officially only two days ago, and Cyber Monday is really tomorrow but the deals are starting today. . .

Not that I’m complaining, because there are a few things I’d like to pick up at a good price, like a Sandisk memory card for the Wii. (It turns out that once you’re connected to the internet, you can fill up the memory really fast with downloads.)

Staples has Cyber Monday deals up – but do compare their prices to other stores, because at least on the Sandisks, I found that Amazon was cheaper.

Speaking of Amazon, they now have Cyber Monday Lightning Deals, including a signed 1969 New York Jets helmet at 8 a.m. PST, Glee‘s Madonna album at 9 a.m., and the Hannah Montana Forever soundtrack at 5 p.m. Disclosure: I’m an Amazon affiliate, so any purchase you make after entering Amazon through a link on Chief Family Officer supports this site at no additional cost to you. Thank you!

Amazon’s $1.99 albums include Jack Johnson’s In Between Dreams.
