  • Morning Coffee: My Nabisco Cookie Deal Yesterday

I tend to buy milk at Vons because gallons of organic milk are $5.49 there, whereas they are at least $5.99 everywhere else. Yesterday, I used the printable coupon for Buy One Gallon of Milk and One Package of Nabisco Cookies. Get a Free Package of Nabisco Cookies (no longer available) at Vons to get a gallon of milk and two packages of Oreo Double Stuf Heads or Tails cookies, which are on sale for $2.50 each. I also used a printable coupon for $1/1 Heads or Tails, so I paid just $1.50 for two packages of Oreos. That’s an awesome deal, because I take a package of treats for the preschool teachers every week, and my target price is less than $1. There are very few things I can make from scratch for less than $1, so I usually go the packaged cookie route, and I try to stock up when I can. These will surely be a big hit! If you have the monthly Facebook coupon for free cookies, you should be able to pair it with the Heads or Tails coupon for a great deal.

Reader Kristen reports that she successfully used the Buy One, Get One Free Schick Disposable Razors coupon (no longer available, but mentioned here) in conjunction with the Buy One, Get One Free sale at Ralphs to get two packages for free. Go Kristen!
