I had a half-baking day yesterday. I made sandwich bread, chicken pockets (pastry dough with a chicken filling), cookie dough, baked pumpkin (for puree), and pumpkin seeds, plus steel cut oatmeal in the slow cooker. It was great, but I’m not done. Today, I need to freeze the cookie dough, puree the pumpkin, and make banana bread (or maybe I’ll just freeze the bananas for smoothies). I’ll post recipes for the chicken pockets and pumpkin puree soon.
