Where are you finding Revlon beauty tools or makeup for $1.99 each? At my CVS the cheapest Revlon makeup I could find was 4.99, and the cheapest tool I could find was 3.99! Which items were you finding for less? Thanks!
I found nail clippers for $2.99 and emery boards for a little over $3. The emerald nuts deal didn't work for me because the only size they had was 4.5 oz. and the coupon is for 5+ oz.
