  • Morning Coffee: Getting Fit This Year

Amazon is trying to take advantage of everyone’s New Year’s resolution to get fit! Yesterday, the deal of the day was fitness DVD bundles. Today, it’s EA Sports Activefor the Wii, for $39.77. As I’ve mentioned before, this is a pretty fun and effective workout, at least for cardio and upper body. Compared to Wii Fit,it’s a much more effective cardio workout – and though the games on Wii Fit are more fun, I found that after a few weeks, they completely threw my back of alignment and I had to stop using it immediately. So obviously, I’m a much bigger EA Active fan over the Wii Fit. Disclosure: I’m an Amazon affiliate, so any purchase you make after entering Amazon through a link on Chief Family Officer supports this site at no additional cost to you. Thank you!
