    1. Frugal Coupon Living says:

Cathy, Thanks so much for this post and all your recall posts. I have found out about so many recalls in my home due to your website. I will link back to you tomorrow morning (in a scheduled post.) Again, thanks.

    2. LaceyLady says:

I have a simplicity drop side crib. Giving as a gift early in my pregnancy in '07. I do not have a receipt. It was bought at the Lacey, WA Shopko. The first time I called Shopko they said they would not take it back and would not do any sort of store credit, because they no longer carry that crib–Of course they dont its been recalled. So then I called the CPSC-they said there is nothing they could do either other than advise me to get rid of the crib.
So I called Shopko again, spoke w/ a different person, and they are going to give me store credit.

So anyway my point is I learned to keep/get receipts and to be persistant w/ these things.

    3. Thank you very much for this! I made a post about it with a link back to you.

    4. Charlene says:

I was just going to look into this when I saw you were already on the ball! I have that floaty in my pool right now! I called and after being on hold for 27 min I was told to cut out certain parts of the raft and mail it in for a $10 rebate check. Thanks again for the info- I linked to you!

    5. Chief Family Officer says:
