The 29-Day Giving Challenge Giveaway: The Crayon Box That Talked

As I mentioned a few days ago, I have quite a few extra copies of a paperback version of the preschooler book, The Crayon Box That Talked. I'm giving away some of the books to friends I don't see all the time as part of my 29-Day Giving Challenge. But over the weekend, I had a brilliant idea: Why not give away a few copies to some of my favorite people - my readers?

To be entered to win, all you have to do is leave a comment telling me what your child's favorite book is by 9:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, April 28. I'll use a random number generator to pick three winners.

Actually, there are two more things you must do if you are a winner: You must make it easy for me to obtain your email address. And you must respond to the email notifying you that you won within the time specified in the email.

One entry per person. This giveaway is open to residents in the United States and Canada. Good luck!

My oldest's favorite book is Toot and Puddle. That book is so cute! I absolutely love it! It's about two pig friends and one stays home and the other goes around the world sending post cards to the friend. I recommend it! Before that he loved Curios George.

Both of my girls LOVE The Flea's Sneeze by Lynn Downey. And it's fun for me to read to them - just a great book all the way around!

I love The Country Bunny and the Little Gold Shoes! It's from the 1930s and is a great story about a little country lady bunny who wants to be one of the six Easter Bunnies.

I love Knuffle Bunny! It's one of those books that I actually don't mind if A asks me to read it over... and over... and over!
Also love all of the Boynton books for E, because they are rhyme-y and always get a chuckle out of him.

PS-I love your 29 day challenge. I'm thinking of trying it myself next month.

This is a great site. I found you on "blogged.com". My 2.5year old son Ezekiel's ALL TIME favorite book is "Captian Flinn and the Dinorsaur Pirates" by Goles Andreae. And to be honest, I think it's one of our favorites too. =)

My 4 year old son's current favourite book (which changes frequently!) is "Dolly DoDo" by B.Wiseman. "Dolly is a forgetful dodo bird. Her silly friends try to help her remember. But Dolly proves she's not the only dod in this book".
My 1 year old loves "Animal Sounds". He's starting to make the sounds for each animal.

My son keeps requesting How the Grinch Stole Christmas lately, which bugs me, since it's out of season! But it's still a good read.

My 20 month old son loves We're Going on a Bear Hunt; that and a Christmas Touch and Feel book that I've kept in his book box despite that it is out of season. He likes to touch the "sticky cherry noses" on the reindeer.

My two year old has a defined love of two books one is Mr Brown can moo can you? and the other is Monster Munchies. Both are great for kids in Mr. Brown there's a lot of sound effects that kids can mimic and in Monster there's a bunch of colors and counting so they both end up being educational as well as fun to read.
