Blog Spotlight: Lunch in a Box

I enjoyed sharing some of my favorite sites during the Blog Olympics so much that I've decided to continue doing so.

Lunch in a Box is a relatively recent find that I am so excited about. The author, Biggie, posts about (no surprise here) her daily lunch. Only her lunch looks nothing like my lunch. I would pay for her lunch, which is always beautifully presented. She also posts her preschooler's lunch, which I find particularly helpful not just for presentation tips, but also for the ideas about what Alex might eat.

Biggie always includes mouth-watering pictures of the lunches she prepared that day, and the amount of time it took her to prepare them. The minute count always makes me think, "I can do that!" One of these days ...
